Sustainability
RDL Paint is partnering with local schools to develop the next generation of trader workers and for the students to have opportunities in their hometown when they enter the workforce.
•RDL is committed to protecting the environment, supporting our employees, bringing economic change to the community and cultivating a culture of integrity.
•City of Refuge – RDL provides financial support throughout the year for City of Refuge to provide, youth programs, health and wellness, job training and spiritual guidance to the community.
•Pulaski County Free Store – RDL has provided meals and Christmas presents to over 200 families in the county. RDL employees have volunteered to take food and donations to the Free Store
•Taking it to the St
